1. Domain Name
   We help you find and purchase a domain name and set it up to be used on our servers where you site will be hosted. The first year cost is included in the price of your package.
2. Web Hosting
   You must host on our servers for $9.00 per month. This enables us to give you the kind of support you deserve, including free updates to the latest WordPress versions.
3. Web Site Pages and Features
   Although each web site is unique, it is based on a standard set of pages and features that you choose based on what fits best for your business. Our intake forms will help you collect the relevant information and make sure it is placed within your site in a way that will be most appealing to potential customers. Typical web site content is:
   • Home/Landing Page
     This is the most important page on your web site. We provide extensive materials to help you make sure it sets the right tone.
   • Call to Action Form
     The Call to Action Form appears throughout your web site to encourage potential customers to inquire about your business. It is best if you offer some free item (such as "Ten Tips" or a "Free Trial") to entice visitors to provide contact information.
   • Our Services Page
     This is where you describe the services you provide, including the price you likely will charge.
   • Customer Resources Page (optional)
     You may want to provide customers with easy access to forms that you use or other documentation. In addition, you may want to provide a forum or other place where customers can engage in converstaion with each other.
   • Payments Page
     As a convenience to your customers, you may want to allow them to accept payment online. Note: There is an additional charge of $20 to help you set up an account with PayPal or Google Checkout to handle payments.
   • About Us Page
     This is where you can provide information concerning you and your business that instills trust in your business. It would include testimonials if you have them.
   • Contact Us Page
     The Contact Us Page provides information about contacting your business (of a legal nature). It is used primarily by existing customers who have an issue or concern. It differs from the "Call to Action Form" that appears on each page of your web site. The "Call to Action Form" is designed to get prospective customers to make initial contact with your business.
   • Other Pages (Optional)
     Our system allows you to create as many additional pages as you find appropriate.
4. Local Search Engine Support
   We will help you set up listings with the major local search engines and directories that have proven to be most effective in generating qualified leads for small business owners providing a service. At the moment this includes, Google Places, Bing Local, Yahoo Local, and Craigslist.
